Terms and conditions

1. Days are calculated in 24-hour periods from the date and time the vehicle is collected.

2. Free cancellation insurance included: you can cancel your booking at no cost, subject to the general terms and conditions.

3.- Full flexibility for flight delays: no additional charges will apply if vehicle collection is delayed due to a late flight arrival.

4.- The service window for vehicle drop-offs and collections is from 5am to midnight. If your flight is delayed, please notify the car park.

5.- The customer will be attended to at the collection time stated in the booking. If you arrive earlier, you must wait until the specified time if you cannot be attended to earlier.

6.- The customer will be liable for the ticket cost, after the first 15 minutes free of charge, if they arrive early at Parking Express.

7.- No refunds will be given for cancellations once the parking period has begun.

8.- Modifications and changes during the stay are free of charge. If the stay is extended, the additional days’ parking will be charged at the time of vehicle collection.

9.- Payment is made online, at the time of booking, by credit card.

10.- You must leave the vehicle keys with us.

11.- Rates apply exclusively to passenger cars. All prices include VAT and any other applicable taxes.

12.- Any changes to the drop-off or collection times must be communicated to the car park.
