Terms and conditions
1.- Days are counted in 24-hour periods from the date and time of vehicle delivery.
2.- Free cancellation and 100% refund up to 2 hours before the start of the parking period.
3.- The service window for vehicle drop-off and pick-up is from 5 a.m. to midnight. If your flight is delayed, please notify the car park.
4.- Customers will be attended to at the arrival time specified in the booking. If you arrive earlier, you will have to wait until the specified time if you cannot be attended to earlier.
5.- Customers will be responsible for the cost of the ticket after the first 15 minutes free of charge if they arrive early at the Express Car Park.
6.- No refunds will be made for cancellations once the parking period has begun.
7.- Modifications and changes during your stay are free of charge. If you extend your stay, you will be charged for the additional days of parking when you collect your vehicle.
8.- If your flight is delayed, you will be charged an additional €10 for each hour of delay. You may request an invoice to claim from the airline.
9.- The collection service is available until 1 a.m. If the delay in your flight means that you are collected after this time, you will be charged, in addition to the delay surcharge, £10 for out-of-hours collection. You may request an invoice to claim from the airline.
10.- Payment is made online, at the time of booking, by credit card.
9.- It is mandatory to leave the vehicle keys.
11.- Rates are valid exclusively for passenger cars. All prices include IVA and, where applicable, other taxes.
12.- Any change in the time of delivery and collection of the vehicle must be communicated to the car park.
