Terms and conditions
1.- The employee/proximity card must be used in reverse order. That is, if it is used for entry, it will only be enabled for exit, and vice versa. Any incorrect use will result in payment for the stay calculated from the last recorded movement, except in cases attributable to failures in the access control system or to EYSA.
2.- EYSA may require authorisation from the identified user of the vehicle when a third party not covered by this agreement attempts to remove it. The transfer, subrogation or transmission, by any legal means, of the right to park in the HUFA car parks is expressly prohibited.
3.- The leased space shall be used exclusively for the parking of the vehicle authorised by the lessee. EYSA shall not be liable for any damage or harm that the vehicle may cause to other vehicles or to the facilities through the lessee's use, nor for theft or robbery under the terms provided for in Law 40/2002. Under no circumstances shall EYSA be liable for any objects left inside the vehicle.
4.- The subscriber must comply with the rules and instructions of the car park staff regarding the use and safety of the premises.
5.- The subscriber shall be liable to EYSA and to third parties for any damage caused by breach of their obligations or by driving incompetence within the car park.
6.- The owner of the vehicle, even if they are not the user, shall be jointly and severally liable for any damage caused to the facilities or other parked vehicles.
7.- EYSA does not guarantee the availability of free spaces, as the number of spaces is limited to that established in the concession contract between HUFA and EYSA.
8.- Subscribers must respect traffic regulations and directions, parking correctly without obstructing traffic or the use of adjacent spaces.
9.- Subscribers undertake to comply with all the conditions stipulated in the rental contract.
10.- The subscription will be automatically renewed on the 1st of each month, provided that the automatic renewal option is activated. Otherwise, the subscriber will receive an email with a link to make the payment.
11.- To cancel the subscription, it will be necessary to first deactivate the automatic renewal and notify pkhospitalalcorcon@eysaservicios.com by email.
