Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking

MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

When you make your reservation, you will receive IMMEDIATELY by email the voucher with all the details of: How to get there; GPS coordinates; telephone numbers; and vehicle delivery/return instructions.

Choose the method of payment, among those available, at the end of your booking.

Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the stay.

ON ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT

1.- Call the telephone number indicated in the reservation, 10 minutes before arriving at the airport.

2.- Hand over your vehicle to our staff who will be waiting for you at the DEPARTURES Terminal, at the point indicated in your booking.

RETURNING FROM YOUR TRIP

1.- Call the telephone number indicated in your booking once you have collected your luggage.

2.- You will be able to collect your vehicle at the DEPARTURES Terminal, at the point indicated in your booking.

3.- You will be able to download your invoice 24 hours after the end of your stay.
