Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking

MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

Once your booking is completed, you will immediately receive an email with your confirmation and all the necessary information for the drop-off and pick-up of your vehicle at the airport terminal.


We recommend booking several days in advance to guarantee availability.


PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Payment is made directly at the parking facility, by cash or card.

Free cancellation is available until the start of the parking period.

No refunds will be issued once the service has started.

Modifications must be requested at least 18 hours in advance of the scheduled drop-off or pick-up time.


DELAYED FLIGHTS

If your flight is delayed and arrives after 11:30 p.m., don’t worry — we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone and wait for your arrival to return your car.
