Terms and conditions

1.- Days will be counted in 24-hour periods, starting from the day and time of vehicle delivery.

2.- Free cancellation and 100% refund up to 3 hours before the start of the parking period.

3.- No refunds will be made for cancellations once the parking period has begun.

4.- Modifications and changes during the stay are free of charge. In the event of an extended stay, additional days of parking will be charged at the time of vehicle collection.

5.- Payment is made online, at the time of booking, by credit card.

6.- Vehicle keys must be left at the car park.

7.- Rates are valid for passenger cars only. All prices include IVA and any other applicable taxes.

8.- Any changes to the vehicle drop-off and collection times must be communicated to the car park.
