Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking
Public transport users can park for free between 5am and 4pm if they can prove they are using public transport by showing a valid ticket.
How to validate: You must have a mowiz account and enable mowizflow (User menu: My vehicles).
- You must register and validate your transport card once you leave the car park and before midnight the following day.
Before collecting your vehicle from the car park:
-Open the mowiz app.
-Tap on the ‘T’ symbol.
-Hold your travel card close to your mobile phone so that it can be read via NFC (remember to turn on NFC on your mobile phone).
Valid cards: Madrid Regional Transport Consortium card and travel pass.
Requirements to benefit from these discounts:
-Use of the public transport card on the same day within the period of stay in the car park.
-Only one discount per card per day applies.
-Valid for stays on the same day of use, with departure before 23:59.
IMPORTANT: If you have an iPhone or your stay exceeds 16 hours, please go to the ticket office to receive your discount.
First 16 hours free for those who meet the requirements.
