Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking
MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.
When you make your reservation, you will IMMEDIATELY receive by email the voucher with all the details: How to get there; GPS coordinates; telephone numbers, and vehicle delivery/return instructions.
Choose the method of payment, among those available, at the end of your booking.
Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the stay.
ON ARRIVAL.
1.- Drive to the car park, hand over your booking to our staff and park your vehicle.
2.- Pay in cash or by credit card the total amount of your stay.
3.- We will transfer you to the airport without waiting in the minibus of the car park. Allow 10 minutes from the time you arrive at the car park to the airport.
RETURNING FROM YOUR TRIP.
1.- When you pick up your luggage, go to the meeting point detailed in your booking, next to P6.
2.- We will be waiting for you to take you back to the car park. In case of any incident or delay you can call us on the telephone number provided in your booking.
