Terms and conditions

1.- Days are counted in 24-hour periods from the date and time of vehicle delivery.

2.- Free cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the parking period.

3.- No refunds will be given for cancellations once the parking period has begun.

4.- Modifications and changes during the stay are free of charge. If the stay is extended, the additional days of parking will be charged when the vehicle is collected.

5.- Payment is made online, at the time of booking, by credit card.

6.- Vehicle keys must be left at the car park.

7.- Rates are valid for passenger cars only. All prices include IVA and any other applicable taxes.

8.- Any changes to the vehicle drop-off and pick-up times must be communicated to the car park.
