Terms and conditions
1.- Days are counted in 24-hour periods from the date and time the vehicle is handed over.
2.- A 1-hour courtesy period is offered for unexpected delays between 5:00 and 22:00.
3.- After 24:00, vehicle collection will incur an additional cost of €14 per hour of waiting time.
4.- Free cancellation and 100% refund up to 3 hours before the start of the parking period.
5.- No refunds will be issued for cancellations once the parking period has started.
6.- Modifications and changes during the stay are free of charge. If the stay is extended, the additional parking days will be charged at the time of vehicle collection.
7.- Payment is made online at the time of booking, by credit card.
8.- Leaving the vehicle keys is mandatory.
9.- Rates are valid exclusively for passenger cars. All prices include IVA and, where applicable, other taxes.
10.- Any change in the scheduled drop-off or pick-up time must be communicated to the parking facility.
