Terms and conditions
1.- Days are calculated in 24-hour periods from the date and time the vehicle is delivered.
2.- A 1-hour courtesy period is offered for unexpected delays between 5h and 22:30 h.
3.- From 23:30 h onwards, transfers and vehicle collection will incur an additional cost of €14 per hour of waiting time.
4.- Free cancellation and 100% refund up to 3 hours before the start of the parking period.
5.- No refunds are given for cancellations once the parking period has begun.
6.- Modifications and changes during the stay are free of charge. In case of an extension, additional parking days will be charged.
7.- Payment is made online at the time of booking, by credit card.
8.- Leaving the vehicle keys is mandatory.
9.- Rates are valid exclusively for passenger cars. All prices include IVA and, where applicable, other taxes.
