MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.
When you make your reservation, you will receive, IMMEDIATELY, by email the voucher with all the details: How to get there; GPS coordinates; telephone numbers, and vehicle delivery/return instructions.

Choose the method of payment, among those available, at the end of your booking.
Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the stay. 

ON ARRIVAL AT THE CAR PARK.
1.- Drive to our car park and pick up a ticket at the entrance.
2.- Contact our reception staff and show your reservation, IMPRESSENTIAL for your transfer to the airport.

3.- Transfers are every 30 minutes, from the hotel to the terminals.

4.- Departures are at O`cloock and  and a half. Approximate duration of 10 minutes.

RETURNING FROM YOUR TRIP.
1.- Once you have collected your luggage, please go to the specified pick-up points.

     T1 - Arrivals Terminal in front of Hall 2.

     T2 and T3 - Go to Terminal 2 Arrivals in front of Lounge 5.

     T4 - Terminal Arrivals dock on your left (Bus Hotels). 
2.- Once there, call the hotel telephone number provided in your booking to pick you up.
3.- You will be able to download your invoice online 24h after your stay is over.
