Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking

MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

Upon completing your reservation, you will IMMEDIATELY receive an email with your receipt and all the necessary information for your arrival.


PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Pay for your reservation securely online, choosing from the available payment methods.

Free cancellation with 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the parking period.

Once the service has started, no refunds will be given.


IMPORTANT: The car park is exempt from ZBE fines. Access will be automatically recorded by cameras on Carrer Borràs, so users do not need to take any action and will not be fined.
