IMPORTANT – MADRID LOW-EMISSION ZONE (LEZ): The service you have booked means that VIParking will drive the vehicle from the airport to its car park facilities and may carry out any necessary operational journeys during your stay and for the subsequent return of the vehicle. These journeys may take place on urban roads within the municipality of Madrid that are subject to Madrid ZBE restrictions. Having reached the airport via permitted routes without incurring a fine does not mean that the vehicle is permitted to travel along the subsequent routes necessary to provide the service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their vehicle complies with the applicable environmental restrictions and, where required, holds the relevant badge, authorisation or exemption. VIParking does not carry out a prior individual administrative check on each vehicle nor does it contractually assume liability for fines resulting from a condition or restriction specific to the vehicle, without prejudice to any applicable administrative liability.

Terms and conditions
1.- Days will be counted in 24-hour periods, starting from the day and time of vehicle delivery.
2.- Complimentary parking for 4 hours in case of unexpected delays, already included in the online rate calculation.
3.- Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the parking period.
4.- No refund for cancellations once the parking period has started.
5.- Modifications and changes during the stay are free of charge. In case of extending the stay, additional days of parking will be charged at the time of vehicle collection.
6.- Payment is made online, at the time of booking, by credit card.
7.- It is mandatory to leave your vehicle keys.
8.- Rates valid exclusively for passenger cars. All prices shown include IVA and, where applicable, other taxes.
