Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking

MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

Upon completing your reservation, you will IMMEDIATELY receive an email with your receipt and all the necessary information for your arrival.


PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Pay for your reservation securely online, choosing from the available payment methods.

Free cancellation with 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the parking period.

Once the service has started, no refunds will be given.


IMPORTANT: Staffed hours: Mon-Wed and Sun 8:00–1:00, Thu 8:00–6:00, Fri-Sat 24 hours. If you wish to enter or leave the car park outside staffed hours, please request an access card during morning opening hours. A deposit will be required upon collection.
