Terms and conditions
1.- The stay is calculated in 24-hour periods from the date and time indicated in the reservation.
2.- Complimentary parking for 1 hour in case of unexpected delays, already included in the online rate calculation.
3.- 100% cancellation and refund, up to 24 hours before the start of the stay.
4.- No refund for cancellations once the parking period has started.
5.- Modifications and changes during the stay are free of charge. In case of extending the stay, additional days of parking will be charged at the time of vehicle collection.
6.- Payment is made online, at the time of booking, by credit card.
7.- Mandatory key storage may be requested at certain times of high occupancy.
8.- The Valet service is available from 5 a.m. to midnight. Outside these hours, no vehicles will be collected or delivered at the terminal.
9.- The company reserves the right to change the service to Transfer if the time (at pick-up or drop-off) is different from the time previously booked.
10.- Rates valid exclusively for passenger cars. All prices shown include IVA and, where applicable, other taxes.
