MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.
When you make your reservation, you will IMMEDIATELY receive by email the voucher with all the details: How to get there; GPS coordinates; telephone numbers, and vehicle delivery/return instructions.

Choose the method of payment, among those available, at the end of your booking.

Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the stay.

BEFORE THE DEPARTURE OF YOUR FLIGHT.
1.- Call the telephone number indicated in your booking 30 minutes before your arrival.
2.- Deliver your vehicle to the meeting point at the terminal indicated for your flight, Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
Show your booking confirmation to the Park and Greet staff, who will identify you by the red uniform with the Park and Greet logo.

RETURNING FROM YOUR TRIP.
1.- On landing, call the telephone number indicated on your reservation.
2.- You will be able to pick up your vehicle at the meeting point indicated.
3.- You will be able to download your invoice 24 hours after the end of your stay.
