When you make your reservation, you will immediately receive an email with your confirmation and all the details, including: how to get there, GPS coordinates, contact numbers, and instructions for vehicle drop-off and pick-up.

Choose your preferred payment method from the available options at the end of the booking process.

Free cancellation and full refund up to 1 hour before the start of your stay.

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PARKING

1. Head to the parking area and take a ticket at the entrance.

2. Contact our reception staff and show your reservation. This is essential to access the shuttle service to the airport.

3. Shuttles depart every 30 minutes from the hotel to the terminals.

4. Departures are on the hour and at half-past. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes.

UPON RETURNING FROM YOUR TRIP

1. After collecting your luggage, head to the specified pick-up points:

T1: Arrivals, in front of Hall 2

T2 and T3: Terminal 2 Arrivals, in front of Hall 5

T4: Arrivals, bus stop to your left (Hotel Shuttle)

2. Once there, call the hotel phone number provided in your reservation to coordinate the pick-up.

3. You can download your invoice online 24 hours after your stay ends.
