Terms and conditions
1.- Days will be counted by periods of 24 hours, starting from the day and time of delivery of the vehicle.
2.- Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the parking period.
3.-No refund for cancellations once the parking period has started.
4.- The company is not responsible for valuables inside the car. If you are carrying valuables you must indicate this both on the booking form and to the driver who collects the car.
5.- If your flight is delayed, you will be charged 5€/hour of delay in the car park. You will be able to request the invoice to claim it from the company.
6.- The car collection service ends at 1:00h. If the delay of your flight means picking up your vehicle after that time, in addition to the 5€/hour extra charge, you will be charged an additional 10€ as an extra charge for out of hours. You may request the invoice to claim it from the flight company.
7.- If the delay is one day or more, you must notify us as soon as possible via email, whatsapp or call. Each additional day of delay will have a cost of 12€. You will be able to request the invoice to claim to the flight company.
8.- It is compulsory to leave the keys of your vehicle.
9.- Rates valid only for cars with a maximum length of 5 metres. All prices shown include IVA and, if applicable, other taxes.
