Terms and conditions
1.- The days will be counted by periods of 24 hours, starting from the day and time of delivery of the vehicle.
2.- Courtesy parking of 1 hour for unexpected delays, already included in the calculation of the web rate.
3.- Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the beginning of the parking period.
4. -No refund for cancellations once the parking period has started.
5.- Modifications and changes during the stay are free of charge. When extending the stay, the extra days that the user has finally parked his vehicle will be charged.
6.- Online payment.
7.- It is compulsory to leave the keys of your vehicle.
8.- Rates valid only for cars. All prices shown include VAT and, if applicable, other taxes.
9.- If you exceed the parking time, pay the hourly rate in force, directly at the car park.
10.- Please inform us of any change in the time of arrival or delivery of the vehicle due to delays or other causes.
11.- The supplements will be paid when picking up the car.
12.- For delivery of vehicles after 23.30 hours, whether it is due to a delay or if it is scheduled after that time. You must call +34611163133, and there will be a supplement per hour of waiting with your vehicle at the corresponding terminal.
