Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking

You can park for free provided you validate a journey on RENFE and meet the conditions of the discounted rate.

1. The duration of parking must be between 5 and 16 hours on the same day.

2. To qualify for the discount, you must provide proof of a journey on public transport during your stay.

To validate your journey on mowiz, you must have a travel card linked to ‘My Account’ or enter the relevant ticket details, and you must have validated a journey at the ticket machines or entry/exit gates at a Renfe station.

Valid cards or tickets: Renfe transport tickets, Renfe&Tú Card, Ferroviaria Card, medium- and long-distance combined tickets and CRONOS system users, CRTM Public Transport Card and 10-trip tickets for intercity buses.

Single tickets, the CRTM virtual card, and any ticket not listed in the two lines above will not be accepted.
