Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking
MAKE YOUR RESERVATION
Once you have completed your reservation, you will IMMEDIATELY receive an email with your confirmation and all the information you need for your arrival.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Pay for your reservation securely online, choosing from the available payment methods. Free cancellation with 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the parking period. Once the service has started, no refunds will be given.
ACCESS TO THE CAR PARK
This car park has two entrances:
1.-Carrer Sant Domènec, 7 (next to Carrer Gran de Gràcia)
2.-Carrer Sant Pere Màrtir, 45
At weekends, access is only via Sant Domènec, upon presentation of your booking.
Please note: Travessera de Dalt is closed to traffic due to construction work, so access is only possible from Gran de Gràcia. During the weekend, access is exclusively via Sant Domènec.
LOW EMISSION ZONE (ZBE)
The car park is located within the Rondes de Barcelona Low Emission Zone (ZBE).
From Monday to Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., only vehicles with a DGT environmental label B or C, as well as ECO and Zero Emissions vehicles, are allowed to circulate in this zone.
Vehicles registered outside Spain must be registered in advance and pay the corresponding fee, as they are not classified according to DGT regulations.
IMPORTANT: Car parks in Barcelona cannot authorise access to the ZBE. It is the driver's responsibility to comply with current regulations.
