MAKE YOUR RESERVATION
Upon completing your reservation, you will IMMEDIATELY receive an email with your receipt and all the necessary information for your arrival.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Pay for your reservation securely online, choosing from the available payment methods.
Free cancellation with 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the parking period.
Once the service has started, no refunds will be given.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
All entries and exits must be made during opening hours.
IMPORTANT: To enter and exit during your stay, you will be given an access card upon payment of a deposit of €10.00, which will be refunded when you cancel your subscription and must be paid at the car park.
LOW EMISSION ZONE (LEZ)
This car park is part of the LEZ and integrated with the Getafe City Council management system (all vehicles with a B (NO FINE), C, ECO or ZERO label may park here).
