Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking
MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.
When you make your reservation, you will receive IMMEDIATELY by email the voucher with all the details of: How to get there; GPS coordinates; telephone numbers; and vehicle delivery/return instructions.
Choose the method of payment, among those available, at the end of your booking.
Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the stay.
ON ARRIVAL.
1.- Drive to the car park, take the ticket from the barrier and park your vehicle.
2.- We will transfer you, without waiting, to the airport in the minibus of the car park.
3.- Allow 10 minutes from the time you arrive at the car park to Palma de Mallorca Airport.
RETURNING FROM YOUR TRIP.
1.- Once you have collected your luggage, call us on the telephone number on the booking voucher.
2.- We will pick you up in less than 5 minutes at the same point where we left you on the way out.
