Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking
MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.
When you make your reservation, you will IMMEDIATELY receive by email the voucher with all the details: How to get there; GPS coordinates; telephone numbers, and vehicle delivery/return instructions.
Choose the method of payment, among those available, at the end of your booking.
Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the stay.
Rates valid only for cars up to 4.8 metres. Cars and vans between 4.80 metres and 5.5 metres will be charged at a supplementary rate of 20%.
ON THE OUTSIDE.
Drive to the car park. When you enter, sign your vehicle's entry form.
2.- We will transfer you to the airport without waiting in the minibus of the car park. Allow 10 minutes from the time you arrive at the car park to the airport.
RETURNING FROM YOUR TRIP.
1.- Once you have collected your luggage, call us on the telephone number indicated in your booking.
2.- We will pick you up in 5 minutes at the same point where we left you on the OUTGOING journey.
3.- You will be able to download your invoice 24 hours after the end of your stay.
