Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking
MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.
When making your reservation, receive IMMEDIATELY by email the receipt with all the details of: How to get there; GPS coordinates; telephone numbers, and vehicle delivery/return instructions.
When making your reservation, pay ONLINE. Remember that in this type of reservations the following applies:
Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the parking period.
There is no refund for cancellations once the parking period has started.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE PARKING.
1.- Go to the vehicle reception area.
2.- Show your reservation to our staff who will tell you where to park the car.
3.- Walk to the pedestrian entrance of the Atocha Station (located 150m from the Parking), which takes you directly to the Long Distance and AVE train platforms.
It is MANDATORY to leave the vehicle keys.
WHEN YOU RETURN FROM A TRIP.
1.- Walk (150m) to the parking lot to pick up your car.
2.- If you have made an ONLINE payment, you will be able to download your invoice 24 hours after the end of your stay.
