Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking
Public transport users will be able to park for free for a maximum of 18 consecutive hours, if they can prove their use of transport with a valid transport ticket.
How to validate: You must have a mowiz account and enable mowizflow (User menu: My vehicles).
Before collecting the vehicle from the car park:
-Open the mowiz application.
-Click on the ‘T’ symbol.
-Hold your ticket close to your mobile phone for reading via NFC (remember to have NFC switched on in your mobile phone).
Valid cards: Community of Madrid Transport Consortium Card, Transport Pass, and Renfe Cercanías* cards.
Important: if you have an Iphone or IOS mobile phone, or if you are over 18 hours old, you must go to the car park ticket office to benefit from the discount.
