 How to proceed in case of not receiving the e-mail account activation

In some e-mail systems, Mowiz e-mails maybe archived in the junk or SPAM folder for reasons beyond our control.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk e-mail folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox

To avoid in the future that Mowiz emails are marked as spam, you can select the activacion email and then click on the button that tells you "this message is not spam " or alternatively you may add our email account to your Safe Senders list.

If you did not receive the account activation email, nor did you find it in the spam folder, or you accidentally deleted it, you can request a new one new account activation email .

If you are still having trouble to receive the account activation email, please write us an e-mail to from the email address you used to sign up Mowiz, and with Subject: Activate , and our team will take care.
