How to proceed once youve made your booking

1. When making a reservation your will inmediately receive a booking confirmation by email.
2. Show your booking voucher at the car park upon arrival. We recommend to print your reservation voucher, but you can also display it from your email or smartphone.
3. A shuttle service will take you to the terminal and back to the carpark (*)
4. If your booking has not been prepaid online, you pay at the carpark with the payment method accepted (cash or card, which is stated in your booking)
   You pay always at the carpark, usually when collecting your vehicle. Some car parks charge the entire stay upon arrival at the parking. This is indicated in the reservation.

(*) Note: For Valet services, you will find the car park instructions in your booking for vehicle drop-off on departure and collection on arrival, as well as the phone numbers of the car park staff at the terminal.
Show copy of your reservation to the driver and sign the vehicle delivery form . If your booking has not been prepaid online, you pay to the driver, usually when collecting your vehicle. Although some car parks may charge the entire stay upon arrival, according to what indicated on the reservation.
