Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking
MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.
When you make your reservation, you will IMMEDIATELY receive by email the voucher with all the details: How to get there; location map; GPS coordinates; telephone numbers and parking instructions.
Choose the method of payment, among those available, at the end of your booking.
Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the stay.
ON ARRIVAL.
1.- Go to the car park to drop off your car and go to the vehicle reception area.
2.- Show your booking confirmation to the staff.
3.- Walk to the pedestrian entrance of Atocha Station (located 150m from the car park). Direct access to the Long Distance and AVE train platforms.
4.- If you come in a hurry, show your reservation and give the car to our staff who will park it for you.
RETURNING FROM YOUR JOURNEY.
1.- Walk to the car park to pick up your vehicle.
2.- You will be able to download your invoice 24 hours after the end of your stay.
