Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking
MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.
When you make your booking, you will IMMEDIATELY receive by email the voucher with all the details of the car park: how to get there; location map; GPS coordinates; transfer instructions and car park telephone numbers.
Choose the method of payment, among those available, at the end of your booking.
Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the stay.
ON ARRIVAL.
1.- Drive to the car park, hand over your booking to our staff and park your vehicle.
2.- Pay in cash or by credit card the total amount of your stay.
3.- We will transfer you to the airport without waiting in the minibus of the car park. Allow 10 minutes from the time you arrive at the car park to Alicante-Elche Airport.
RETURNING FROM YOUR TRIP.
1.- When you pick up your luggage, go to the meeting point detailed in the booking, next to the bus parking.
2.- We will be waiting for you to take you back to the car park to pick up your vehicle. In case of any incident or delay you can call us on the telephone number provided in the booking.
