When you make your reservation, receive IMMEDIATELY by email the voucher with all the details of: how to get there; GPS coordinates; telephone numbers, and delivery/return instructions.

Choose the method of payment, among those available, at the end of your booking.

BEFORE THE DEPARTURE OF YOUR FLIGHT

1.- Call the telephone number indicated on your booking 30 minutes before your arrival and follow the instructions.

2.- Deliver your vehicle to the meeting point at the indicated terminal, Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.

3.- Show your booking confirmation to our clearly identified staff.

4.- External photographs of the vehicle and car panel will be taken, both mileage and fuel.

WHEN YOU RETURN FROM YOUR TRIP

1.- Call the telephone number indicated in your reservation, once you have collected your luggage and follow the instructions.

2.- You will be able to pick up your vehicle at the meeting point indicated, after a check with the driver who delivers the vehicle to you.

3.- You will be able to download your invoice 24 hours after the end of your stay.
