Instructions to manage your reservation and park in the parking

MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

Upon completing your reservation, you will IMMEDIATELY receive an email with your receipt and all the necessary information for your arrival and transfer.


PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Pay for your reservation securely online, choosing from the available payment methods.

Free cancellation with 100% refund up to 24 hours before the start of the parking period.

Once the service has started, no refunds will be given.


VALET SERVICE

The valet service is available from 5 a.m. to midnight.

Outside these hours, vehicles will not be collected or delivered to the terminal. Instead, a transfer service will be offered.
