When making your reservation, receive IMMEDIATELY by email the receipt with all the details of: How to get there; GPS coordinates; telephone numbers, and vehicle delivery/return instructions.

Choose the method of payment, among those available, at the end of your booking.
Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the stay. 

If you have NOT paid for your booking ONLINE previously, pay CASH or by CARD when you pick up your vehicle.

CHOOSE THE TYPE OF TRANSFER WHEN FILLING IN THE RESERVATION FORM.
1.- CAR PARKING SERVICE: Delivery and Collection of Vehicle at the foot of the Terminal.
2.- PARKING WITH TRANSFERS: Drive to the Parking and we will transfer you to the Terminal on the way out and back.

1.- PARKING SERVICE:
ON THE GO, call 20 minutes before the telephone number provided in the reservation.
The driver will be waiting for you at the DEPARTURE TERMINAL (Gate C).
You will recognize the staff by their GREEN uniform with the company anagram and the reservation document.
The driver will proceed to verify the vehicle before taking it to the parking lot.
WHEN YOU RETURN FROM A TRIP.
Once you have collected your luggage, call the telephone number provided in the reservation. Our staff will be waiting for you at the DEPARTURE TERMINAL (Gate C).

2.- PARKING SERVICE WITH TRANSFERS.
ON THE WAY OUT, drive to our parking lot and we will take you to the Terminal. We will transfer you without waiting to the airport in the minibus from the parking lot. Allow 10 minutes from when you arrive at the parking lot to the airport.

ON YOUR RETURN, once you have collected your luggage, call us at the phone number in the reservation.
We will pick you up in less than 5 minutes at the same point where we left you on the way, in the Departures Terminal (Gate C).
