When you make your reservation, you will IMMEDIATELY receive by email the voucher with all the details: How to get there; GPS coordinates; telephone numbers; and vehicle delivery/return instructions.

WE RECOMMEND BOOKING SEVERAL DAYS IN ADVANCE TO SECURE YOUR PLACE.

Choose the method of payment, among those available, at the end of your booking.

Cancellation and 100% refund up to 1 hour before the start of the stay.

ON ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT.
1.- Call 10 minutes before arrival to the phone number provided in the booking.
2.- Our staff will be waiting for you at the end of the DEPARTURES Terminal to deliver your vehicle (4th gate).
3.- You will recognise the staff by their red-black uniform with the company logo and the booking document.

WHEN RETURNING FROM YOUR TRIP.
1.- Call the telephone number indicated in the reservation while you pick up your luggage.
2.- In 10 minutes you will be able to collect your vehicle at the END of the DEPARTURES terminal.
3.- If you did not pay for your booking in advance, pay in cash or by credit card when you pick up your vehicle.
4.- If you paid online, you will be able to download your invoice 24hrs after the end of your stay.
